Training simulators for Firefighters

The aim of this system is that firefighters and other participants use fire extinguishers in real terms. The system is based on the combustion of propane-butane gas, which provides a realistic display of fire and allows training in the use of all available means of extinguishing fires at full capacity. With a power output of 600kW allows trainees to experience the warmth and dynamics of fire and to learn how to react in the proper way.

System firewall consists of a tank of combustible gas, pipeline control panel and metal panel. 

How does it work :

Metal panel is 4 x 3 m. It stands in a vertical plane on a pedestal steel that is anchored in a solid foundation. The system is designed to provide stability panels in all weather conditions and to train two teams of firefighters at the same time, with full power shutdown. The panel can be rotated around the central axis in both directions 180 degrees, in order to set the desired position according to the position of the participants, wind etc. Scrolling is done very easily with one hand. It can be fixed in several positions with steps of 30 degrees.

The system consists of a main distribution of the fuel gas and the pilot system. Pilot system provides reliable continuous ignition of combustible gas in the most difficult conditions.

The control unit controls the intensity of the fire, which allows training with different scenarios. Emergency stop system - allows immediate disconnection of gas deliveries in case of need. Flexible connectors panel allow for safe gas supply in whatever position is the panel.
